3D facial scan
We scan the athlete’s face with our exclusive 3D system, obtaining a virtual representation of extremely high precision. Compared with plaster moulds: a perfect fit and a shorter adaptation period.
3D-printed mould
From the virtual model we 3D print the mould on which the mask will be manufactured, perfectly matched to the player’s facial geometry.
Carbon fibre mask
On the mould we craft the mask in high-modulus carbon fibre, with highly impact-absorbing materials to guarantee maximum comfort.
